The up and coming.

So back in high school (thats pretty cool to say) when I was Ellsworth's aid during his sophmore english class, He had them write an essay called "I believe". It was honestly very inspiring for me to hear what these kids were having to say. It was in no way a religious battle. In fact there were many kids who were the same religion but had different ways of thought. It was touching. I felt compelled to look back at my life and see what I believe and how I came to that conclusion. I just wanted to let you all know what is to come in this blog ,which I dont know why i started in the first place, I guess I like sharing my thoughts to anyone who would like to listen.

Video game nerd.

Matt got me a Nintendo DS for graduation and I love it to death! Kingdom hearts is such a wonderful game :)

I honestly feel that I'm going to be spending the majority of my money at Matt's work (Best Buy) and my work (Famous Footwear). Whats better than video games and shoes?

Looking at the future.

So here I am, sitting at the computer the night before graduation. I have a lot to think about. What a crazy feeling this is. We have been working on this moment for the past 12 years. And most of us are saying "Now what?". I am definatly one of those people. I have no idea. I just finished reading what people had written in my yearbook and most of them said "Good luck with your life" or "I know you'll do great things".

Will I truly do great things? How can we make sure that what we are doing is great? I really wish I could answer those questions. I guess... to me, being great or doing great things would mean that you are a radical. Radical in whatever you do. If you go for something you go all the way. Being half hearted isn't the way to success, however you may define that.

I think that even when you have a difference of opinion than someone else, its easier to respect them and even give them the oportunity to share with you what they think, feel, or believe in if they are extreme about it. (I dont mean extreme in the way that you are rude and hurtful to others). I think that being a radical is very important. And I hope that I can be a radical for Christ.

Graduation

Wow, It seems that the closer I get to graduating the longer I feel I have to wait. Everyone has always told me that it goes by so fast and that you get very nostalgic. But I dont feel like that at all! Its taking forever!

Sigh... one more week. I can wait one more week.
Also, I am getting my tattoo tomorrow! So exciting!
