what's wrong with ordinary? last i checked, God loves ordinary people. I don't mean in the sense that God loves everyone and that includes ordinary people. i mean that God loves ordinary people because then God gets to show the whole universe what He can really do.
if i was utterly amazing at something and then did it amazingly, people would say, "Wow Chad you're real neat." but if i was ordinary and did something amazing, people might say, "God sure is good isn't He."
for me personally while i fight the tendency towards ordinariness, that's where i need to be so that when something grand happens, God gets all the accolades not me.
